		<description>Can we stop calling such positions by the nickname of &quot;czar?&quot; I can&#039;t think of anything more anti-democratic than the current trend of using &quot;czar&quot; as a nickname for positions overseeing some aspect of public policy.  If we are giving these positions the  kind of power that would justify the term &quot;czar,&quot; then no progressive or liberal (or small-d democrat) should support their creation--even if they show that a particular concern like catastrophic climate change is being taken seriously.</description>

The government is establishing a religion because &quot;climate change&quot;  (the name used when we suffer through record cold) or &quot;global warming&quot; (the preferred name when it works) requires faith in whoever&#039;s pushing it--Gore or other prophets of profit.</description>
