Prayer Request

In the upcoming days, my posts will not be daily. To those who read and comment, sorry in advance.

Today, my dad was diagnosed with cancer.

Two months ago, my dad and I were in a serious car accident which I’m still recoverring from. Now cancer.

Kinda hard to stomach. Needless to say, I’m a little blue.

Please pray for my dad.

Thanks.

Aaron Weaver

I will, indeed, pray for your father and you, Aaron. A few years ago my mother died of a rare lung disease. Then my father had a heart attack. I thought I was losing my entire family at once.

Love people while they’re here. Show them and tell them.

I am sorry to hear about the accident and the cancer diagnosis in particular. It is a word no one wants to here in reference to someone they love. Use your writing to document your own spiritual journey. Hang in there.

    BDW,
The things God ‘gives’ us to make us more like His Son are brutal indeed. My prayer for you is that you and your dad find a relationship deeper and more meaningful than ever – be it for however long our God allows you time together. May you be comforted by His Grace and strengthened by His Spirit dear brother.

    Shalom,

    PTL
