When a Christian murders he is refusing to follow his leader, Christ, and disobeying his Bible. When a Muslim murders he is following the example of Muhammad and obeying his Holy Koran.

I do not like the word “false” and how it has been used in the past to publically denigrate faithful Muslims. Islam is a major world religion which I respect. You won’t find me calling Muhammed evil or Islam evil. Respect for the beliefs and convictions of other men and women of faith is foundational to democracy, good government, and faithful Christian witness. To answer your second question - I don’t know.

However, I do know that Jesus is the TRUTH and only He can Save.

I’m an inclusivist. Please do not confuse my inclusivism with universalism. I am not a universalist nor am I a pluralist. Jesus is not merely MY WAY. I know of only one way to attain salvation and that is through the saving grace of Jesus Christ.

I would like to ask a direct question to you -- do you believe that Islam is a false religion? And do you believe that those who worship Allah under the Muslim religion are worshipping the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob?

I ask this not to defend the words of Forrest Pollock, but rather to understand your perspective on Islam as you practice Christianity.

I called Ron Barnett, the religion writer for the Greenville, SC News and told him about this report. He moonlights or strings for USA Today, which on same day put baylor on front page above the fold.
Maybe we should take up a special offering aget Pollock and Page a copy of Kimball’s book When Religion Becomes Evil.
I know there is some money out at Baylor, good place to start.
